Every team member has an individual path, built with their leader or on their own, and Leader Path ensures those conversations actually happen consistently and at the right time. While completing an interaction, leaders log notes, obstacles, action items, or recognitions to close the loop between conversations and outcomes.
Obstacles & Ideas
Through Interactions, team members log workplace obstacles, share ideas, and recognize colleagues directly in the platform, without a separate process or tool.
When an obstacle is logged, leaders work through it using Charlie's Checklist, a structured problem-solving tool that helps identify root causes and define clear action items. Those actions get assigned and tracked, closing the gap between identifying a problem and solving it.
Projects & Meetings
My Projects gives teams a shared space to manage operational improvement work, connecting accountability to how work actually happens.
